so i think that my health challenge this month will consist of a three-pronged approach!
a. eating more often at home, and less at greasy food court places
b. bicycling!
c. no more smoking... ever... not even when i go out. oy.
hopefully all this will lead to a better immune system, cuz i'm sick as a dog now. let me know what your health challenge is, & i'll keep y'all updated on how mine progresses.
